Role Summary:

CHC Helikopter Service has vacant positions in the Maintenance department as Special Worker or helper at Sola base

Spesialarbeider / hjelpearbeider – Base Sola

CHC Helikopter Services has en ledig stilling som spesialarbeider / hjelpearbeider på vår base på Sola.

Key Responsibilities:

The tasks will be related to:

• Cleaning of equipment, aircraft parts and hangar
• Monthly inspections of hangar
• Responsible to ensure first-aid kits are in place
• Responsible for sending and receiving work clothes
• Towing of helicopter
• Maintenance of tools and equipment
• Ensure replenishment of consumables
• Keep order in hangar, including tools and equipment areas
• Check of emergency exits and outside areas for FOD
• Any other given tasks

Arbeidsoppgaver:

• Rengjøring av utstyr, helikopterdeler og verkstedlokaler
• Gjennomføre månedlige inspeksjoner av verksted
• Ansvarlig for å sikre førstehjelpsutstyr er på plass
• Ansvarlig for å sende og motta arbeidstøy
• Tauing av helikopter
• Vedlikehold av verktøy og utstyr
• Etterfylle forbruksartikler
• Holde orden i verksted, inkludert verktøy og utstyr
• Sikre rømningsveier og at det ikke er løse gjenstander i uteområder
• Andre tilfallende arbeidsoppgaver

Qualifications, Skills & Attributes:

• Mechanic / electronic education and experience
• Driver license (B)
• Truck certificate will be an advantage
• Good communication skills in Norwegian and English, both written and verbal
• Accurate, structured and with the ability to create good routines
• Flexible and responsible
• Excellent cooperation skills, and thrive in a dynamic work-environment
• HSE-awareness

The successful candidate must be able to obtain a police record to be able to work within the secured area.

It is important that the successful candidate actively contribute to positively development of quality, efficiency and work-environment. Co-responsibility and flexibility are also assumed in relation to other necessary tasks related to technical responsibilities and obligations, and we place great emphasis on cooperation abilities.

The work arrangement will be daytime

Kvalifikasjonskrav:

• Mekanisk / elektronisk utdanning og erfaring
• Førerkort klasse B
• Truckfører bevis vil være en fordel
• God skriftlig og muntlig fremstillingsevne på norsk og engelsk
• Nøyaktig, strukturert og med evnen til å lage gode rutiner
• Særdeles gode samarbeidsevner og trives i et dynamisk arbeidsmiljø
• Fleksibel og tar ansvar
• Gode holdninger til HMS

Det stilles også krav til politiattest for å kunne arbeide på flyplassområdet.
