The 4* Great National Ballykisteen Golf Hotel is currently recruiting an experienced Hotel receptionist with excellent attention to detail. The ideal candidate will excel at providing a high level of guest care, whilst anticipating guest needs and expectations.
A very busy and exciting role awaits the right candidate, this is the ideal position for an experienced hotel professional with excellent organisational and customer care skills. The position is an important role in the hotel as you will be the first and last impression for most of our guests. It's a varied role which takes into account all the departments within the hotel and is the main port of call for all guests. There will also be a requirement to assist in carrying out other duties as requested.

Main Duties included
- Welcoming our guests on arrival to the Hotel
- Ensuring guest satisfaction during their stay
- Processing guest payments
- Answering phone calls and guest queries
- Processing meeting room payments
- Providing the highest standard of service to all our guests
