Responsibilities:
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor reviews.
- Oversee and direct social media accounts design (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook etc)
- Execute social media strategy through competitive research, messaging, and audience identification.
- Manage social media accounts, including creating and curating content, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure social media efforts align with overall marketing and branding initiatives.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and technologies and integrate new ideas and strategies into our campaigns.
