An MNC Retail company is looking for Fashion Retail Supervisor at AEON MALL TEBRAU CITY ! Career Progression/Development will be provided!
About the Role:
- Store opening and closing, conduct daily briefing , set store's sales target to individual all the staff.
- Weekly sales reports and probing.
- Plan monthly roster and monthly commission.
- Weekly voucher's replenishment as well as weekly petty cash requisition.
- Handle customer's complain and staff's issue.
- Coach and encourage team to take responsibility at work.
- Assist and provide high standards of customer services.
- Establish training & development needs of staff and support implementation.
- Maintain good working relationships throughout the department and the company.
Requirements:
- 18 - 40 years old
- Minimum SPM and above
- Have a good communication skills in English
- Good leadership and able to work independently
- Must have an experience at least 1 year in Fashion Retail as Supervisor.
