Roles & Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for the general administrative duties needed
  • Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules
  • Documenting and following up on important matters.
  • Handling Client queries and responding to emails.
  • Coordination with the clients for project-related status and updates
  • Assisting the department in the preparation of documents
  • Coordinate project management activities, resources, and information
  • Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective and possess.
  • Ability to deal with confidential issues discreetly and sensitively with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office
  • Undertaking project tasks as required
  • Helping the HOD with ad-hoc duties assigned
  • Positive and hard working with the right work attitude
  • Must be willing to learn and take up new responsibilities.

QUALIFICATION

  • Must be a bachelor’s degree holder.
  • Must be knowledgeable of the Microsoft Office application.
  • Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
  • Candidate should be able to speak and write English language proficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
