Our client is a multinational company in Luxury retail industry. They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join their team as an E-Business Traffic Acquisition and Business Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for driving traffic, conversion, and retention to our e-business through effective traffic acquisition strategies and comprehensive data analysis. You will play a crucial role in optimizing performance media, managing budgets, and ensuring the success of our digital marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Traffic Acquisition:
- Develop and implement digital media strategies to drive traffic and enhance business opportunities for our e-commerce store(s).
- Adapt central/regional guidelines to local specificities and align media briefs with marketing calendar and brand communication plans.
- Manage and collaborate with media agencies to deliver inventive and cost-efficient media strategies while safeguarding brand equity.
- Monitor and optimize live ad campaigns, analyze data, and ensure high-quality media standards.
- Conduct post-campaign analyses, evaluate effectiveness, share results and learnings, and provide actionable feedback for continuous improvement.
- Drive digital and data projects, translating strategies into successful implementations.
Business Analyst:
- Analyze e-business performance and provide valuable insights and recommendations.
- Manage data management, profiling, and analytics to ensure digital strategies align with business objectives.
- Identify market trends, evaluate data, and offer insights and suggestions to support decision-making.
- Monitor e-commerce website performance, track KPIs, and provide recommendations for website traffic and lead conversion funnels.
- Analyze user engagement levels from website and media communications.
- Conduct comprehensive sales analysis by products, categories, franchises, activities, and traffic sources.
- Own the user registration process and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze campaign and product performance, including planning and forecasting.
- Prepare analysis reports and undertake additional assigned projects.
Qualifications:
- A university graduate or above, preferably with a major in Business Administration and/or Marketing.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in media agencies and/or online marketing positions within the luxury industry.
- Strong knowledge and skills in digital and e-commerce landscape, including digital platforms/tools and emerging technologies.
- Extensive expertise in all aspects of media, including briefing, planning, buying, and reporting.
- Excellent communication, numeracy, and analytical skills.
- Data-driven mindset with acute attention to detail.
- Experience in driving e-commerce and conducting data analysis is highly desired.
- Strong planning, presentation, and project management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Analytics.
This role requires effective collaboration with internal stakeholders, including reporting to the E-Business Manager and working closely with the Digital Media Manager. External collaboration will involve media agencies, developer agencies, regional teams, and HQ Digital teams.
