Operations Administrative Assistant


Job Summary:

We are seeking an Operations Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to the Head of Sanlam Credit Solutions and the management team. The successful candidate will be expected to coordinate and set up meetings, manage reporting to stakeholders, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, support the coaching team, and manage stakeholder meetings.


Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and set up Exco, MANCO, and Board meetings, including preparing agendas, organizing meeting logistics, and taking minutes.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
  • Manage reporting to all stakeholders, including generating reports and presenting data.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of operational activities.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders such as IDM and Sanlam along with our marketing and dev teams; external stakeholders, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Provide support to the coaching team with incentives and team events, including organizing and coordinating logistics for team-building activities.
  • Organize and manage stakeholder meetings, including preparing materials, coordinating logistics, and taking minutes.
  • Communicate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations


Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of credit solutions and financial services is preferred but not required.


Education and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 2 years of work experience.
