What you’ll be doing

As the User Operations Intern at Quidax, you’ll help the team takes care of making sure users have a good experience with our product or service. You will manage and improve how our users interact with what we offer. This includes helping users with any questions or issues they have, analyzing data to find ways to make things better, and working with different teams to make improvements based on user feedback. You will also be involved in testing new features and learning about the latest trends in our field to help us stay ahead.


What your day-to-day looks like

  • Sync with your team lead on the direction for the week/day

  • Brainstorm with the team to come up with cool ideas.

  • Manage relationships with partners and customers

  • Respond to requests and enquiries from partners

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to put checks in place to prevent losses to transaction disputes

  • Join in an argument about some random stuff


What you need to have

  • 0-1 year experience in customer success, ideally in the FinTech space.

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset

Nice To Haves

  • Crypto experience

  • Fintech experience

Reporting Structure:

The Customer Success Analyst would report to the Customer Success Manager at Quidax.
