Position: Site Supervisor for multistory building
Location: Gulshan e Maymar, Karachi
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree.
- Strong understanding and experience in Civil/Finishing Works.
- At least 4-5 year experience
- Confident / Punctual / Time Management.
- Comfortable in working at above mentioned location.
- Must have own Transportation. (Bike)
Job Description:
- Read, understand and execute operation as per drawings.
- Estimation of BOQ.
- Oversee, co-ordinate and execute the daily civil/finishing operations of a worksite to ensure a quality and compliance with the standards of planning.
- Supervising, instructing and coordinating the construction team, contractors and subcontractors to achieve daily targets.
- Evaluating the performance of contractors and instituting disciplinary measures as needed.
- Inspecting construction site regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
- Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance.
- Analyzing blueprints to ensure that construction projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications.
- Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.
