Morrison Low is a leading consulting firm specialising in advising the public sector in Australia and New
Zealand. We now have a vacancy in our Sydney office (located within walking distance of Central Station).

About the Role

Generally, you will work independently with minimal guidance, but the key to success of this role will be to
contribute to the success of the team.

This includes the delivery of proposals, reports, and tenders. The role is varied, and you will have proven
experience working autonomously and efficiently providing project delivery, and office support to a high
standard.

There is opportunity to learn and expand the role according to your talents and as we are a small team,
everyone pitches in.

You will be involved in a range of tasks including:

  • Working with our consultants in the office and across virtual teams
  • Formatting, proofreading and finalising documents
  • Some editing experience would be advantageous
  • Project financial processes, such as invoicing and expenses
  • General office support, travel bookings, marketing, and website administration

About You

You have initiative, maturity, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines, to help meet project deliverables.
You love to take responsibility for the overall administrative function for an office and enjoy being an integral
part of a team.

You have the skills and ability to make our work look sensational!

To be successful in the role you will have:

  • Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality
  • Advanced formatting and desktop publishing skills (MS Office a must, InDesign a bonus)
  • Great time management and organisation skills
  • Strong written communication and high-quality proofreading skills
  • Intranet administration and management (SharePoint)
  • Outstanding communication skills and the ability to relate well with client and colleagues alike

Remuneration will be negotiated depending on experience, current skills, and qualifications.
