- Supporting the finance department in a communications agency
- Job controlling (opening and processing)
- Support in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
- Preparation of/participation in budget and forecast in cooperation with the supervisor
- Reporting (input and control) of budgets, actuals, client profitability
- Project controlling, ad hoc reports, cost management
- Analysis of client profitability is part of the job as well as forecast planning with the consulting team
- Billing for our clients and debtor control
- Cooperation with the Shared Service Centre and partner agencies
- Close cooperation with our Finance & Controlling teams
- 1 - 2 years of work experience in a comparable position
- Training in finance, accounting, or controlling
- English is a must, German preferable
- SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Excellent Excel skills
- Solution-oriented mind-set and ability to motivate oneself
- Open-minded, bright and reliable personality
