Job Description

As a Time & Attendance Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing and implementing new HR payroll system
  • Working closely with Global HR Project team to ensure timeliness of project completion
  • Pulling and consolidating APAC data relating to HRIS and Payroll
  • Manage regional project completion
  • This position is contract-based.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate must possess:

  • A bachelor's degree from a reputable university
  • Previous experiences in handling Payroll
  • Experiences in handling HRIS is a plus
  • Experiences in using Workday, ADP eTime, Celergo, or EY Payroll is preferable
  • Previous experiences in project management and/or change management
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal
  • Time management skills as you will coordinate with global stakeholders, including meeting them in a non-traditional working hour
