Job Description
As a Time & Attendance Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Managing and implementing new HR payroll system
- Working closely with Global HR Project team to ensure timeliness of project completion
- Pulling and consolidating APAC data relating to HRIS and Payroll
- Manage regional project completion
- This position is contract-based.
The Successful Applicant
A successful candidate must possess:
- A bachelor's degree from a reputable university
- Previous experiences in handling Payroll
- Experiences in handling HRIS is a plus
- Experiences in using Workday, ADP eTime, Celergo, or EY Payroll is preferable
- Previous experiences in project management and/or change management
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Time management skills as you will coordinate with global stakeholders, including meeting them in a non-traditional working hour
